Salesperson – Training & Consulting

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Salesperson to join a leading early‑childhood training and consulting organisation operating across the UAE. You will play a key part in expanding the reach of internationally accredited programmes and advisory services.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
• Generate leads through networking, cold calls, events and referrals.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with nurseries, schools, corporates and government entities.
• Conduct client meetings and presentations in English and Arabic.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations on campaigns and client delivery.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date sales pipeline in the CRM and provide accurate forecasts and reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in the UAE, preferably in education, training or consulting.
• Bilingual in Arabic and English with excellent written and spoken communication.
• Strong negotiation and presentation abilities, self‑driven and target‑oriented.
• Valid UAE driving licence for regular outside meetings.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Familiarity with Monday.com.
