SAP Payroll Solution Expert – Corporate Services

About the role

Al-Futtaim Technologies is seeking a highly skilled SAP Payroll Solution Expert to own and optimise the payroll solution across multiple geographies. You will work closely with HR, Finance, Legal and IT teams to ensure accurate, compliant and efficient payroll operations while driving digital enablement.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end SAP Payroll configuration, maintenance and optimisation for assigned countries/regions.
• Configure payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types and time‑evaluation rules to meet complex business and statutory requirements.
• Manage the BIB framework to ensure seamless integration between SAP Payroll, Employee Central, Time Management, Finance and other HR modules.
• Perform requirements gathering, solution design, regression testing and support payroll cycle operations.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance and Legal stakeholders to understand needs, manage expectations and ensure statutory compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP Payroll implementation and support.
• Strong knowledge of statutory payroll regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with HR, Finance, Legal and IT teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
