Scaffolder – Bridge Maintenance

About the role

We are seeking experienced scaffolders to join our bridge maintenance projects in Abu Dhabi. The role involves building, modifying and dismantling scaffold structures to ensure safe access for inspection, repair and rehabilitation works on bridges and related infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Erect, modify and dismantle scaffolding systems including towers, platforms, guardrails and access equipment.
• Follow approved drawings, method statements and supervisor instructions.
• Conduct daily safety checks, report defects and ensure scaffolds are securely braced.
• Assist with loading, unloading and organizing scaffold materials.
• Provide safe access for bridge maintenance activities such as concrete repair, inspection and painting.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of scaffolding experience in construction or infrastructure projects.
• Previous experience on bridge or highway projects is preferred.
• Ability to work at heights and in outdoor conditions.
• Physically fit and capable of handling heavy materials.

Required skills

• Scaffold erection and dismantling.
• Knowledge of modular and tube‑and‑fitting scaffolding systems.
• CISRS or OSHA (or equivalent) certification.
