About the role

Raha International School’s Gardens Campus is seeking an inspired Science Teacher to join its IB‑continuum community in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will begin in August 2026 and will help shape a diverse, international student body through engaging, inquiry‑based science learning.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high‑quality, curriculum‑aligned science lessons that meet the needs of a multicultural classroom.
• Integrate innovative teaching methods, including technology and real‑world applications, to foster curiosity.
• Assess and monitor student progress regularly, using data to refine instructional strategies.
• Collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary projects and school‑wide initiatives.
• Participate in extracurricular activities and contribute to the school’s vibrant community.
• Stay current with educational research and pursue professional development opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of current pedagogy, best practices, and technology‑enhanced learning.
• Proven ability to create a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
