About the role

Nord Anglia International School Abu Dhabi is seeking an inspiring Science Teacher to deliver the English National Curriculum to students from Early Years through IGCSE and A‑Level. The role involves inspiring learners of all ages, preparing engaging lessons, assessing progress and fostering strong relationships with parents to maximise student achievement.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and assess science lessons across primary and secondary phases, ensuring alignment with the UK national curriculum.
• Utilise the school’s extensive laboratory resources to conduct practical experiments safely.
• Collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary projects and contribute to extracurricular science activities.
• Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress and wellbeing.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience teaching the UK national curriculum, preferably in an international school setting.
• Passionate, proactive attitude with a commitment to continuous professional development.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with students, parents and staff.
