SCM Applications Pre‑Sales Solution Engineer

About the role

Join Oracle's Healthcare & Life Sciences Pre‑Sales Centre of Excellence as a Solution Engineer. Based in the United Arab Emirates, this hybrid position supports customers across the Middle East and focuses on Oracle Fusion Applications, including ERP, SCM, HCM, CX and EPM.

Key responsibilities

• Support and drive complex Supply Chain Management opportunities, translating customer requirements into Oracle SaaS SCM solutions.
• Present the value of Oracle Fusion SCM to internal and external stakeholders through workshops, demos and events.
• Partner with Sales throughout the sales cycle to articulate business value and overcome obstacles.
• Stay current with product capabilities, AI features and modern demonstration techniques.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with a minimum of 12 years of pre‑sales or solution consulting experience.
• Advanced, hands‑on expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM and broader supply‑chain portfolio (planning, manufacturing, procurement, PLM, inventory, maintenance, logistics).
• Proven ability to lead multi‑pillar solutions across ERP, EPM, SCM, HCM and CX.
• Fluency in English and Arabic; willingness to travel across the Middle East.
