Secondary Psychology Teacher

About the role

The international K‑18 school in Dubai seeks a qualified Secondary Psychology Teacher to deliver an adapted version of the England and Wales National Curriculum. Both experienced and newly qualified teachers are encouraged to apply.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and assess psychology lessons for Years 10‑13, covering IGCSE, AS and A2 syllabi.
• Adapt teaching methods to meet the linguistic and cultural diversity of a student body representing over 50 nationalities.
• Prepare students for Cambridge examinations and support their academic progression.
• Collaborate with senior staff to develop curriculum resources and contribute to whole‑school initiatives.

Required profile

• A recognized teaching qualification in psychology or a related field.
• Eligibility to teach the England and Wales curriculum (desirable but not mandatory).
• Strong ability to differentiate instruction for varied academic, linguistic and cultural needs.
• Willingness to work in a multicultural, co‑educational environment.
