Security Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Security Manager to lead security operations across multiple construction sites in the UAE. The role ensures the safety of personnel, equipment, materials, and company assets while maintaining compliance with internal policies and local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and manage site security procedures, including access control, CCTV monitoring, and routine patrols.
• Supervise security personnel and external service providers.
• Conduct risk assessments, site inspections, and incident investigations.
• Protect project assets, equipment, and construction materials from theft or damage.
• Coordinate with project teams, clients, and local authorities.
• Maintain security records, prepare incident reports, and support emergency response or evacuation procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• Proven experience in security management, preferably within the construction sector.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Familiarity with UAE security regulations is highly advantageous.
