Security Manager

About the role

The Security Manager leads all security operations for Four Seasons Hotel DIFC, ensuring the safety of guests, employees, and assets. This senior position develops policies, oversees a dedicated security team, and coordinates with internal departments and external authorities to maintain a secure environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build, lead, and develop a skilled, motivated security team while promoting continuous improvement.
• Oversee residence safety and security, handling guest and employee incidents, emergency response, and crisis management.
• Plan and conduct mandatory safety, fire, and emergency training in compliance with UAE laws and company policies.
• Lead health, safety, and risk assessments, ensuring preventive measures and standards are up‑to‑date.
• Investigate, document, and follow up on incidents, maintaining records aligned with legal and insurance requirements.
• Manage and maintain security systems, surveillance, alarms, and key control, ensuring all equipment is functional and compliant.
• Foster collaboration across departments to integrate security considerations into all operations.

Required profile

• Strong leadership, risk‑management, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Proven experience in managing security operations within a hospitality or similar environment.
• In‑depth knowledge of UAE security regulations and compliance requirements.
• Ability to develop and mentor a security team and coordinate with external authorities.
