Senior Security Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Security Consultant to lead the planning, design and implementation of comprehensive security solutions for large‑scale built environment projects across the Middle East. You will work within a multidisciplinary consultancy, ensuring physical, electronic and operational security measures are seamlessly integrated into developments while meeting local regulations and international best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Develop holistic security strategies and master‑plans for complex mixed‑use, transport and critical infrastructure projects.
• Lead security design from pre‑concept through tender documentation, construction support and commissioning.
• Embed security‑by‑design principles into architectural and engineering intent.
• Coordinate with clients, design partners and contractors to integrate security requirements.
• Ensure compliance with regional security regulations and authority approval processes (e.g., SIRA, HCIS, MOI).
• Prepare technical reports and client‑facing documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in security engineering, risk management or a related field.
• 5‑10 years of experience in security design engineering or security risk management.
• Proven delivery of large‑scale built environment projects in the Middle East.
• Familiarity with regional security regulations and approval processes.
• Strong communication and client‑engagement skills.
