About the role
The SEM Manager will report to the Digital Director and lead the search engine marketing function for Agroshipping LLC. This role combines strategic planning, campaign optimisation and team leadership to drive paid search performance.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive SEM strategy aligned with business goals.
- Optimize campaigns through keyword development, ad copy, landing page testing and bid management.
- Manage and mentor a team of analysts, fostering continuous improvement.
- Measure daily KPIs, analyse performance data and implement optimisation actions.
- Conduct keyword research, integrate social media signals and oversee directory submissions and internal link optimisation.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of focused SEM experience.
- Proactive, detail‑oriented and able to work collaboratively within a team.
- Ability to promote both offline and online activities that enhance ranking, brand profile and traffic.
