Senior Account Director – Social Media (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

We are seeking a senior‑level Account Director to lead social‑media strategy for high‑profile clients of a leading communications consultancy in Dubai. The role combines client relationship management, strategic planning and end‑to‑end campaign execution, requiring fluency in Arabic and English.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day management of social‑media accounts for multiple high‑profile brands.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and provide strategic counsel on social‑media initiatives.
• Develop and oversee comprehensive social‑media strategies and content calendars.
• Manage campaign delivery from briefing through execution, reporting and performance analysis.
• Collaborate with creative, content, influencer and paid‑media teams to ensure integrated delivery.
• Monitor platform performance, identify growth opportunities and present actionable insights to clients.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in a social‑media agency or communications consultancy.
• Native or fluent Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Strong project‑management and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Confidence presenting ideas and recommendations to senior clients.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of major social‑media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
