Senior Account Executive

About the role

Join Deriv’s Trading Finance team in Dubai as a Senior Account Executive, working on real regulated entities and client money obligations. You will gain hands‑on experience in monthly close cycles, CFD revenue recognition and audit preparation under the guidance of seasoned accountants.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries and reconciliations throughout the monthly close cycle.
• Learn and apply CFD revenue logic, including A‑book and B‑book mechanics.
• Support accounting for regulated entities such as CFD brokers, VASP/CASP, and banking‑licensed entities.
• Assist in audit preparation by building workpapers and organizing supporting schedules.
• Collaborate with the Finance Automation team to flag issues and contribute to tool improvements.

Required profile

• Early‑career finance professional seeking hands‑on experience.
• Detail‑oriented with ability to identify and correct errors independently.
• Comfortable working under tight monthly deadlines and regulatory requirements.
• Willingness to learn CFD revenue structures and client‑money segregation.
