About the role
The Senior Account Manager will lead a portfolio of enterprise accounts in the UAE, driving revenue growth and strengthening partnerships across multiple industries. You will develop and execute account strategies, manage the full sales cycle, and act as the primary liaison between customers, vendors, and internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement account roadmaps aligned with corporate objectives.
- Produce accurate sales forecasts and set targets for the assigned portfolio.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing and new channel partners and clients.
- Build a comprehensive customer database, analyze loyalty metrics, and identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to define product requirements and support ongoing customer visits.
- Oversee the end‑to‑end sales process from quotation through collection, including credit assessment and payment follow‑up.
- Ensure proper inventory tracking and stock management.
- Utilize Salesforce.com CRM for lead, opportunity, and deal registration management.
- Monitor and report on marketing program performance, recommending improvements.
- Identify and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and standardisation.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or a related field.
- 10‑12 years of experience in managed services sales.
- Proven track record managing enterprise accounts in the UAE.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
