Senior/Principal Tech Consultant (Contract)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior/Principal Tech Consultant to join a fast‑growing European desk based in Dubai. The role focuses on end‑to‑end recruitment for AI, Data and Cyber Security positions across the Middle‑East and Europe, helping clients secure top talent while expanding the firm’s market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Drive full‑cycle recruitment for AI, Data and Cyber Security roles, from sourcing to placement.
• Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with corporate clients and candidates.
• Identify new business opportunities and win new accounts within the Middle‑Eastern market.
• Collaborate with the European team to align recruitment strategies and meet growth targets.
• Maintain accurate candidate and client records in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Proven 360° recruitment experience in AI, Data or Cyber Security.
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business and manage client relationships.
• Experience working in or targeting the Middle‑East market is a plus.
• Strong motivation for high earnings and international career progression.
