Senior Account Manager

About the role

Open Innovation AI is seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead strategic ownership of major client portfolios in Abu Dhabi. You will drive revenue growth by upselling and cross‑selling our AI workload management platform while ensuring exceptional client service.

Key responsibilities

• Own and expand major enterprise accounts, delivering consultative guidance on AI, data, cloud, and cybersecurity solutions.
• Set annual revenue targets, monitor performance against forecasts, and identify profitability opportunities.
• Promote adoption of the Open Innovation Cluster Manager across existing and prospective customers.
• Develop short‑ and long‑term growth strategies and translate them into actionable plans.
• Build and maintain executive‑level relationships, acting as the primary contact for key accounts.
• Provide leadership throughout pre‑sales, sales, and delivery cycles, guiding solution positioning and deal strategy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in client leadership, enterprise relationship management, or partner success.
• Strong exposure to AI products, advisory services, digital transformation, or technical/management consulting.
• Solid understanding of AI, data, cloud, and cybersecurity concepts.
