Senior Analyst, Business Development – Fintech

About the role

The Senior Analyst, Business Development – Fintech will join Mastercard's Digital Partnerships team in the EEMEA region. Based in Dubai, you will be responsible for building, developing, commercialising and managing key fintech customers across Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa, while supporting the overall sales strategy and revenue tracking for the fintech segment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the fintech segment strategy and monitor revenue performance.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and prospective customers.
• Grow market share and deepen Mastercard’s regional footprint by embedding multiple products and platforms.
• Develop and execute sales and commercial strategies, including pipeline management and go‑to‑market plans.
• Act as sales support for the fintech function, providing analytical insights and commercial recommendations.
