Senior Architectural Draftsman

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Architectural Draftsman to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The position is based at Qasr Al Jurf and requires on‑site presence throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural, shop, and as‑built drawings using AutoCAD.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and site teams to ensure design accuracy and constructability.
• Review and update drawings based on consultant/client comments and site requirements.
• Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, standards, and authority regulations.
• Collaborate with MEP and structural teams for integrated design solutions.
• Support site teams in resolving technical drawing issues and maintain proper drawing control.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience as an Architectural Draftsman.
• Mandatory UAE construction industry experience with major local contractors.
• Background in building projects such as hotels, residential, commercial, or high‑rise developments.
• Strong knowledge of architectural detailing and construction drawing standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Experience with Revit/BIM (advantage).
• Ability to produce accurate architectural detailing.
• Competence in preparing construction drawings.
