Senior Associate – Corporate Tax Advisory (Dubai)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Associate to join our Corporate Tax Advisory team in Dubai. The role involves delivering high‑quality tax compliance and advisory services to a diverse portfolio of domestic and multinational clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of corporate tax engagements, including planning, execution and reporting.
• Review corporate tax computations, returns and deferred tax calculations.
• Oversee client data requests, resolve technical tax queries and support complex advisory mandates such as group reorganisations, financing structures and interest‑deduction limitation rules.
• Implement and document the Domestic Minimum Top‑Up Tax (DMTT) and other evolving tax developments.
• Prepare technical analyses, briefing papers and client deliverables that clearly articulate risks, options and recommendations.
• Supervise, coach and review the work of junior team members, providing timely feedback and contributing to technical training.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with strong technical tax knowledge and client‑facing experience.
• Ability to work under the guidance of Managers and Senior Managers and collaborate across Deals, Legal, Indirect Tax, Transfer Pricing, International Tax and Assurance practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clear and concise delivery.
