Finance Officer (UAE National) – Entry Level

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Finance Officer to join a leading insurance organisation in Dubai. This entry‑level position is open exclusively to UAE nationals and offers exposure to finance, internal audit, regulatory compliance and process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Support finance and internal audit activities under senior guidance.
• Assist in preparing audit reports, management reports and other financial documentation.
• Review financial records and operational processes to ensure accuracy and effective controls.
• Contribute to quarterly reporting, fraud risk assessments and internal‑control reviews.
• Support regulatory‑compliance initiatives and audit coordination.
• Participate in process‑improvement projects and strengthen internal controls.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on finance, audit, compliance and governance matters.
• Stay updated on relevant regulatory requirements and industry developments.

Required profile

• Emirati national with a valid Family Book.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, audit or a related function (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Willingness to learn, develop and build a long‑term career in finance.
• Previous experience in insurance or financial services is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
