Senior Associate - Development Projects Scheduling

About the role

The Senior Associate will monitor project plans to ensure adherence to the original schedule, report progress to senior management and identify risks with mitigation strategies. This position supports Aldar’s real‑estate development portfolio and is open to Emiratization candidates only.

Key responsibilities

• Develop high‑level pre‑construction and construction schedules, identify critical paths and propose alternate plans.
• Review and validate schedules prepared by PMC/EOR, recommending realistic timeframes.
• Coordinate with project teams from pre‑planning through delivery to monitor progress and mitigate risks.
• Track schedule adherence across multiple projects and raise deviations to senior management.
• Collaborate with Cost Control to assess budget impact of schedule changes and review variation orders.
• Prepare regular reporting templates and deliver progress reports, including risk assessments and mitigation actions.

Required profile

• Minimum 5+ years of planning and control experience on real‑estate development projects with annual revenue of at least AED 2 billion.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or operations.
