Senior Associate, Project Delivery

About the role

The Senior Associate – Project Delivery provides high‑level administrative and coordination support across multiple capital‑expenditure projects. Working closely with the Project Delivery Lead and project managers, you will ensure smooth day‑to‑day execution, accurate reporting, and effective stakeholder communication throughout the project portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate administrative activities for several CAPEX projects simultaneously, maintaining trackers, action logs, risk registers and status updates.
• Support purchase order creation, invoice monitoring, and budget tracking in partnership with Procurement and Finance.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops and project reviews, preparing agendas and taking minutes as required.
• Manage communication between internal departments, consultants, contractors and external stakeholders, including diary and calendar scheduling for the Project Delivery Lead.
• Prepare project reports, dashboards and presentations for leadership, ensuring compliance with governance and audit requirements.
• Maintain centralised filing systems and document‑control processes, driving continuous improvement of coordination procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in project coordination or administration within a capital‑project environment.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder interaction.
