Senior Associate – Real Estate Structuring & Advisory

About the role

The Senior Associate will join the Real Estate Structuring & Advisory team within the Corporate & Investment Banking Group, supporting the origination and execution of complex real‑estate debt transactions for institutional clients across the UAE, GCC and selected international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed credit papers, underwriting analyses and investment memorandums for a variety of real‑estate deals.
• Build and maintain advanced financial models covering development cash‑flows, debt sizing, DSCR, LTV, refinancing and sensitivity scenarios.
• Support structuring and execution of debt financing for residential, hospitality, commercial, mixed‑use, logistics and alternative asset classes.
• Coordinate with clients, lenders, legal advisors, valuers and internal stakeholders throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Review term sheets, facility agreements and due‑diligence documentation.
• Prepare client presentations and internal transaction materials.
• Monitor market trends and contribute to business‑development initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in real‑estate finance, corporate banking, advisory or structured finance.
• Strong understanding of UAE and GCC real‑estate markets and financing structures.
• Proven ability to work client‑facing and manage multiple stakeholders.
