Senior Audit Associate – Audit & Assurance

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Audit Associate to join our Audit & Assurance team in Abu Dhabi. The role offers the opportunity to work for a leading professional services firm, delivering high‑quality audit services to a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Build trust with stakeholders by understanding service expectations and delivering reliable audit outcomes.
• Apply regulatory knowledge and risk‑management principles to assess business processes and controls.
• Prepare and adapt referral instructions, clearly defining audit scope and focus areas.
• Coordinate with on‑shore and off‑shore Centres of Excellence, ensuring accurate information exchange.
• Track deliverables from component auditors and integrate risks, controls, and findings into the audit file.

Required profile

• Minimum 36 months of relevant audit experience.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand industry‑specific statistics before engagements.
• Effective communication and relationship‑building skills with both clients and internal teams.
