Senior Backend Developer

About the role

Edenred, a global leader in digital payment solutions, is expanding its UAE payroll services platform. We are looking for a Senior .Net Backend Developer to join a multidisciplinary squad that builds and enhances backend services supporting millions of users and thousands of client companies.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high‑performance .Net backend services and APIs.
• Collaborate with product, data, and design teammates to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in squad‑level experiments, problem‑solving sessions, and feature delivery cycles.
• Contribute to the backend chapter’s vision, drive strategic initiatives, and mentor junior engineers.
• Ensure code quality, scalability, and security standards across the platform.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior backend developer, preferably in a fast‑moving fintech or payments environment.
• Strong ability to work in cross‑functional squads and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated mentorship or leadership experience within a development team.
