Senior Backend Engineer – .NET/C# (PropTech)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to join a fast‑growing Dubai‑based PropTech ecosystem. The team is consolidating multiple digital platforms into a high‑scale "SuperApp" and needs strong technical leadership to design and deliver the core backend architecture.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high‑performance backend services using .NET and C#.
• Collaborate with product specialists to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Lead the integration of existing platforms into a unified SuperApp architecture.
• Mentor junior developers and promote best engineering practices.
• Ensure code quality, reliability, and security across all backend components.

Required profile

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• At least 4 years of recent experience scaling platforms in product‑driven companies.
• Background in PropTech, FinTech, or other high‑transaction digital domains is a strong advantage.

Required skills

• C# programming language
• Python (experience encouraged)
