Senior Bid Specialist - Architecture

About the role

10 Design is seeking a detail‑oriented Senior Bid Specialist to lead the development and delivery of bid proposals for architectural projects in its Dubai studio. You will work closely with architects, engineers and project managers to produce competitive, compliant responses to RFPs and tenders across the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, develop and manage comprehensive bid proposals and RFP responses for architectural projects.
• Analyse project requirements, scope, specifications and client expectations to shape bid strategy.
• Coordinate with internal technical teams to gather accurate information and ensure proposal quality.
• Develop pricing strategies and cost estimates based on market analysis and project scope.
• Manage bid timelines, track submission deadlines and ensure compliance with all documentation requirements.
• Review, edit and quality‑check bid materials for consistency and professionalism.
• Maintain organized bid databases, tracking systems and CRM records of opportunities.
• Present proposals and bid strategies to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct post‑bid analysis, capture lessons learned and continuously improve bidding processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in bid management, proposal development or related business development roles.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with the UAE and Middle‑East construction market and tender processes.
