Senior BIM Architect

About the role

We are seeking a Senior BIM Architect with extensive experience in the Design Development stage across residential, commercial, hospitality and mixed‑use projects. The role is based in the UAE and involves close collaboration with design teams, authorities and client representatives to deliver high‑quality, compliant designs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage assigned projects by thoroughly understanding client requirements.
• Coordinate with senior management to align project policies and strategies.
• Liaise with project managers, other departments and external consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
• Attend client and authority meetings as required.
• Assess project team needs and discuss resource requirements with senior management.
• Ensure full design compliance with authority regulations.
• Organise and oversee design and submission processes together with team members.
• Guarantee timely completion of projects and adherence to QA/QC standards before delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in architecture, specifically in Design Development.
• Strong organisational, creative and presentation abilities.
• Immediate availability, preferably residing in the UAE.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Revit.
