Senior BIM Coordinator – Architecture

About the role

Mirage is seeking an experienced Senior BIM Coordinator to lead architectural BIM efforts across its projects in Dubai. You will ensure that BIM models are accurate, coordinated with other disciplines, and comply with the company’s BIM standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate architectural BIM models in line with the project BIM execution plan.
• Lead clash detection and coordination reviews with structural, MEP and other disciplines.
• Maintain model quality, accuracy and required Level of Development (LOD).
• Support the production of drawings, schedules and documentation from BIM models.
• Manage model federation and lead coordination meetings with the wider design team.
• Develop and enforce project BIM standards and protocols.
• Provide Revit and BIM coordination training to architectural team members.
• Prepare BIM deliverables for client submissions and approvals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of architectural BIM coordination experience in a consultancy environment.
• Proven experience managing BIM execution plans and model quality control.
• Prior experience in the UAE market is preferred.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Revit Architecture.
• Experience with Navisworks for clash detection.
• Familiarity with BIM 360 or similar BIM coordination platforms.
