Senior Brand Manager

About the role

The Senior Brand Manager will lead the marketing strategy for Perfetti Van Melle’s cluster covering Lebanon, Syria, Jordan, Egypt, Iraq, Morocco and Libya. Reporting to regional leadership, you will drive growth in sales, market share and profitability by translating global brand direction into locally relevant actions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the portfolio and new‑product development pipeline for the cluster.
• Design and execute consumer‑facing communication (above and below the line) and visibility tools.
• Coordinate with factories, R&D and corporate marketing on artwork, product registration and promotional planning.
• Gather and analyse country‑specific consumer insights and translate them into local communication plans.
• Collaborate with sales and trade teams to improve distribution, SKU penetration and trade spend efficiency.
• Feed category outputs into S&OP and oversee tactical promotions aligned with business priorities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in brand management within FMCG or consumer goods.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to use market data for KPI tracking and ROI analysis.
• Excellent collaboration skills across sales, R&D, factories and agencies.
• Ability to adapt global brand positioning to diverse cultural markets.
