Senior Business Development Manager – Technology Systems Integration

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth for a fast‑expanding technology systems integration company in Dubai. The role focuses on generating new business across the commercial office, fit‑out, construction and workplace markets, delivering integrated solutions in AV, ICT, networking, security and workplace technology.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new opportunities in the UAE commercial and construction sectors.
• Leverage existing relationships with fit‑out contractors, consultants, architects, developers and corporate real‑estate teams to create introductions and build pipelines.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through commercial close, coordinating with internal presales, technical and evaluation teams.
• Collaborate with partner fit‑out and construction firms that subcontract specialist technology packages.
• Develop direct relationships with end‑users to expand project size and scope.

Required profile

• Strong network and proven track record in the UAE fit‑out, construction or technology sales ecosystem.
• Ability to understand project lifecycles and position integrated technology solutions early in the process.
• Excellent relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
