Senior Business Setup Advisor

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Business Setup Advisor to guide clients through company formation across mainland, freezone and offshore jurisdictions in the UAE. The role combines strategic advisory, regulatory navigation and project management to help businesses launch and expand efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Assess client objectives and recommend the most suitable business setup option (mainland, freezone or offshore).
• Lead clients through the entire formation process, including documentation, licensing and compliance with local authorities.
• Develop and implement business strategies aligned with client goals.
• Monitor changes in UAE business laws, government policies and licensing regulations.
• Maintain a portfolio of clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
• Update CRM systems and provide regular status reports to clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business consulting with proven expertise in mainland, freezone and offshore company formation.
• Strong knowledge of UAE business jurisdictions, licensing and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and project‑management abilities.
• Outstanding communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
