Senior C++ Engineer – Crypto Trading

About the role

We are seeking a Senior C++ Engineer to design, build and optimise the low‑latency trading infrastructure that powers a global crypto trading firm. The role is fully remote, with candidates based in Europe or India, and relocation support is available for those wishing to move to Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high‑performance C++ components for market data ingestion, exchange connectivity and order execution.
• Implement low‑latency networking solutions and optimise code paths to minimise microsecond‑level delays.
• Collaborate with traders and senior engineers to translate trading strategies into robust software.
• Conduct performance profiling, benchmarking and tuning on Linux platforms.
• Ensure reliability and scalability of the trading system in a production environment.

Required profile

• 4–12+ years of professional experience with modern C++ (C++11/14/17/20).
• Deep knowledge of low‑latency systems, market data handling, exchange APIs or high‑frequency networking.
• Strong expertise in Linux, multithreading, lock‑free programming and performance optimisation.
• Experience with kernel bypass technologies such as DPDK is a strong plus.
• Background in HFT, proprietary or crypto trading environments is preferred.
