Senior Campaign & Creative Manager – Amazon Ads

About the role

Amazon Ads is seeking a Senior Campaign and Creative Manager to lead high‑impact advertising initiatives for top‑tier brand advertisers and agencies. You will act as the go‑to expert on Amazon Advertising policies, creative services, and retail business, helping advertisers make data‑driven marketing decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex, multi‑brand campaigns across verticals and regions for high‑service‑level accounts.
• Assess advertiser strategy, category trends, and performance to provide actionable recommendations.
• Lead planning and delivery of advertiser engagements, educating on policies and creative best practices.
• Project‑manage campaign execution with internal Design, AdOps, Sales, QA, and Account Management teams as well as external partners.
• Consult on creative strategy using historical and industry data to drive measurable performance improvements.
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline campaign management.
• Troubleshoot complex issues throughout the campaign lifecycle with minimal guidance.
• Analyze data to develop and manage process and product improvement projects.
