Senior Channel Account Manager - Field Safety & Instrumentation

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Channel Account Manager to lead field safety and instrumentation sales for META in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on building long‑term relationships with key O&G and petrochemical customers and driving growth across the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and sustain long‑term customer relationships, engaging stakeholders at all levels including senior executives.
• Identify new sales opportunities, create value propositions, and manage the full sales cycle from early engagement to contract negotiation.
• Serve as the customer’s ambassador and trusted advisor, acting as the focal point for account plans, proposals, and strategic initiatives.
• Leverage cross‑functional resources and guide executive sponsor interactions to address customer drivers and secure orders.
• Plan and execute account growth strategies, including regular face‑to‑face meetings and expansion of the assigned territory.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation preferred) with at least 10 years of instrumentation sales experience in the O&G and petrochemical industry.
• Minimum 5 years of field instrumentation and safety sales, plus 5 years of proven channel management experience.
• Demonstrated success managing key O&G customers such as ADNOC and operating in a multinational matrix organization.
• Strong commercial acumen, experience with CRM tools (Salesforce) and complex, senior‑level selling cycles.
