About the role
Penspen is looking for a Senior Engineer, Construction – Civil & Structural for one of the PMC projects in Abu Dhabi. The role involves overseeing structural works, approving submittals, managing RFIs, inspecting completed work, and ensuring project compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee structural works on the project.
- Approve submittals and manage RFIs.
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
Required profile
- Engineering degree in Civil or a related field from a recognized university.
- Minimum 15+ years of experience, including 10 years on mega oil and gas processing projects.
- 15 years in structural engineering with a strong focus on construction supervision in the UAE.
- ADNOC experience is an added advantage.
Required skills
- Proficiency with structural software such as ETABS, SAFE, and STAAD.Pro.
- Experience in technical submittal reviews.
- Contractor claims management.
- Site inspections.
