Senior Client Project Manager

About the role

Diebold Nixdorf is seeking an experienced Senior Client Project Manager to lead the delivery of retail software integration and managed services projects for fuel and convenience retail customers in Dubai. The role involves end‑to‑end ownership from planning through implementation, working closely with customers, partners and internal cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of software integration and managed services projects.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks and resources to ensure successful outcomes.
• Collaborate with development, consulting, managed services and customer teams to deliver high‑quality solutions.
• Facilitate requirements gathering, project planning, prioritisation and change‑management activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor project performance and provide regular updates on progress, milestones, risks and dependencies.
• Support resource planning, effort estimation, forecasting and delivery assurance.
• Contribute to proposals with project delivery, scope, effort and commercial input.
• Ensure services and deliverables meet agreed standards and service‑level commitments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• 6–8 years of experience in project and service management, preferably within retail technology, fuel retail or convenience retail.
• Proven experience managing software delivery, systems integration or managed services projects.
• Strong understanding of retail technology solutions such as POS, back‑office and payment integrations.
• Experience handling multiple stakeholders in complex project environments.
• Knowledge of service delivery models, SLAs and project financial management.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills in professional business English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
