Senior CNC Machine Operator

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior CNC Machine Operator to manage and operate CNC equipment in our Abu Dhabi facility. The role involves setting up machines, producing high‑quality parts from metal and plastic, and ensuring compliance with engineering specifications and client standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage CNC equipment from setup to operation, including drilling, grinding and milling.
• Translate engineering drawings and requirements into production dimensions and communicate them to the CNC team.
• Oversee machine execution, adjust parameters as needed, and record production and quality logs.
• Load and unload raw materials, perform daily maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
• Inspect finished parts to verify they meet client expectations and quality guidelines.
• Report logistical issues and conduct regular CNC machine assessments.

Required profile

• Trade school or high school diploma; engineering certificate or diploma is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years experience as a CNC milling or turning operator or CNC machinist in machining or aerospace manufacturing.
• Proven ability to interpret mechanical documents and engineering drawings.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
