Senior Construction Manager – Abu Dhabi

About the role

KBR Engineering Inc is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager to lead large‑scale oil & gas construction projects in Abu Dhabi. The role requires a seasoned professional who can oversee both direct and indirect site manpower and ensure project milestones are met.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all on‑site personnel, both direct and indirect, to achieve planned progress.
• Manage construction activities for oil & gas projects, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Deliver project schedules, budgets, and performance targets in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 25 + years of experience in the oil & gas industry.
• Minimum 10 years as a Construction Manager on oil & gas projects.
• At least 5 years in a senior construction management role within the Middle East.
• Strong leadership qualities and excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
