Senior Construction Manager – Brownfield Projects

About the role

This position offers an experienced PMC Senior Construction Manager the opportunity to lead the planning and execution of island underground civil works, on‑shore fabrication, offshore transportation, installation and mechanical completion of brownfield modifications. The role ensures project objectives are met while adhering to ADNOC Offshore procedures and shareholder expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute underground civil works and on‑shore precast fabrication.
• Manage offshore transportation, installation and mechanical completion of project components.
• Lead and directly manage Construction Leaders on‑site and on‑shore.
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC Offshore standards and project procedures.
• Coordinate brownfield modification activities to meet schedule and quality targets.

Required profile

• Proven track record as a senior construction manager on large offshore and brownfield projects.
• Strong leadership experience managing multidisciplinary construction teams.
• Ability to deliver projects within defined budgets, timelines and quality standards.
