Senior Consultant - HR Transformation

About the role

As a Senior Consultant in HR Transformation, you will join Sia’s Management Consulting practice in Abu Dhabi to lead critical workstreams that reshape how clients deliver HR services. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to design future‑state operating models, implement technology solutions, and drive change across the employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead assigned workstreams within broader HR transformation projects, such as operating model design, process redesign, HR technology enablement, analytics, or change management.
• Conduct current‑state assessments through interviews, workshops, and data analysis to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Develop future‑state designs for HR service delivery, including COE, HRBP, and shared services structures, and define clear RACI matrices.
• Redesign core HR processes (talent acquisition, onboarding, performance, learning, rewards, workforce planning) using best practices, Lean principles, and employee journey mapping.
• Support implementation of HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) and translate analytical insights into actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in HR transformation, consulting, or related fields.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in data storytelling and change management.
