Senior Contracts Officer – Procurement

About the role

Azizi Developments, a leading Dubai‑based developer, is seeking a Senior Contracts Officer – Procurement to support and manage procurement and contracting activities across its residential and commercial projects. The role ensures coordination with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver compliant, cost‑effective, and timely contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the procurement team in preparing contract documents and administering procurement and subcontract agreements.
• Coordinate contract documentation including RFQs, LOIs, contracts, amendments, and variations.
• Maintain accurate contract registers, procurement records, and system trackers.
• Liaise with Contracts, Legal, Audit, Finance, and Project Teams for reviews, approvals, and clarifications.
• Support pre‑qualification and evaluation of subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor contract compliance, deliverables, and performance; prepare status reports.
• Identify contractual risks and escalate issues to management.

Required profile

• Experience in procurement and contract administration within a construction or development environment.
• Ability to work closely with cross‑functional teams and external parties.
• Strong attention to detail and record‑keeping skills.
