Senior Corporate Counsel - Middle East

About the role

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel to join its legal team in Dubai. The role focuses on privacy, cybersecurity, data and emerging AI regulations across the Middle East, working closely with cross‑functional partners and external regulators.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the subject‑matter expert on Middle Eastern privacy, cybersecurity, data protection and AI regulatory frameworks.
• Monitor and interpret evolving regional legislation, advising product, commercial and compliance teams on legal implications.
• Collaborate with Employment Legal, Global Ethics & Integrity, Cybersecurity Legal, Security, Technology & Product, Government Affairs, Communications, Marketing and Employee Success.
• Build and maintain relationships with regulators and support the shaping of regional legislation.
• Provide commercial and customer support on legal matters, ensuring alignment with Salesforce’s policies and standards.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer with significant experience in privacy, cybersecurity or data law within the Middle East.
• Proven ability to work in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments and deliver under tight deadlines.
• Strong strategic and critical thinking skills, with a collaborative mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and a sense of humor to foster a positive team dynamic.
