Senior Cybersecurity Assurance Analyst

About the role

Emirates is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Assurance Analyst to lead the coordination, integration and continuous improvement of security assurance processes across its product portfolio. The role supports the airline’s multi‑year cyber‑security strategy, ensuring that security controls are effective, risks are managed, and compliance with industry standards is maintained.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee execution of security assurance activities within the product portfolio.
• Integrate outputs from specialist teams (compliance, governance, secure coding) and track identified risks and control gaps.
• Prioritise remediation actions, monitor their lifecycle and ensure effective implementation.
• Drive risk, compliance and remediation activities in line with Emirates Group objectives and best practices.
• Promote a secure‑by‑design culture through cross‑functional engagement and strategic leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years (60 months) of experience in cybersecurity assurance or related fields.
• Strong understanding of security frameworks, standards and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to work with multiple stakeholder groups and lead risk‑management initiatives.
