Senior Design Manager

About the role

Blue Ray Printing is seeking a Senior Design Manager to lead the creation and execution of brand experiences across multiple touchpoints. Based in Abu Dhabi, you will work closely with global design teams, external agencies, and internal stakeholders to translate design intent into market‑ready solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with external suppliers and agencies to deliver high‑quality design executions.
• Partner with brand and cross‑functional teams to manage end‑to‑end creative work from concept to production.
• Define holistic, multi‑sensorial brand experiences for packaging, advertising, point‑of‑sale, and digital assets.
• Integrate design strategy into overall business and brand objectives, influencing culture and operating models.
• Build strong connections with global design leaders and ensure design’s impact on business strategy.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in design, brand identity, and packaging, preferably within FMCG.
• Demonstrated ability to lead design vision, present to senior management, and drive projects to successful completion.
• Passion for baby‑care products and awareness of market trends.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat.
• Strong command of the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Expertise in brand identity, graphic design, and packaging execution.
