Senior Electrical Engineer – Quantum Sensors

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join the Quantum Research Center, a fast‑growing team developing next‑generation quantum sensing devices. You will work on market‑ready quantum sensors that will impact both international and emerging local high‑tech ecosystems.

Key responsibilities

• Design and prototype electrical subsystems and components for advanced sensing systems.
• Collaborate with researchers and engineers to translate scientific requirements into detailed electronic specifications.
• Supervise outsourced development and ensure quality delivery.
• Participate in laboratory and field testing of prototypes.
• Prepare high‑quality technical documentation.

Required profile

• Independent, creative problem‑solver with system‑level thinking.
• 4+ years of experience in sensing‑related R&D or similar fields.
• Bachelor, Master or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering.

Required skills

• Proficiency with schematic and layout PCB design software.
• Expertise in analog and digital signal acquisition, processing and control.
• Design of precision, low‑noise signal circuits.
• Knowledge of EMC/EMI guidelines and mitigation techniques.
• Experience with high‑speed digital signals, RF design, and FPGA programming (a plus).
