Senior Electrical Engineer – Supervision

About the role

A leading company in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer – Supervision. The role focuses on building services and residential projects, requiring strong site supervision skills to manage electrical works in line with project specifications and industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review electrical shop drawings, material submittals and technical documents.
• Conduct regular site inspections, monitor progress and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Supervise electrical installation works and verify adherence to approved designs.
• Attend project meetings, prepare minutes and coordinate testing and commissioning activities.
• Liaise with local authorities such as TAQA (ADDC), ADM and ADCD for approvals and inspections.
• Monitor contractor performance, maintain quality standards and resolve site issues with technical recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 8–10+ years of UAE building services experience, including mandatory Abu Dhabi project supervision.
• Proven experience on residential building projects.
• Currently available in the UAE with immediate joining capability.

Required skills

• Electrical systems design and building services supervision.
