Senior Engineer – Assets Reliability & Systems (Electronics)

About the role

Dubai Airports is expanding its engineering services team and seeks a Senior Engineer focused on assets reliability and systems for electronics. You will own the reliability lifecycle of ELV assets, from creation through disposal, driving performance improvements and supporting safe airport operations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct reliability assessments and failure analysis for ELV systems, including SCADA and BMS.
• Develop and implement reliability improvement plans to boost asset performance and minimise downtime.
• Lead root‑cause investigations and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to optimise maintenance strategies and asset lifecycle management.
• Monitor health and performance trends through data analysis and reliability tools.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives ensuring safe, efficient airport operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in reliability engineering or asset management.
• Knowledge of equipment criticality and risk‑based maintenance approaches such as FMECA and REM.
• Familiarity with one or more engineering domains (LV/MV electrical, HVAC, instrumentation & control, etc.).
• Proficiency in using Maximo CMMS from a user perspective.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
