Senior Engineer – Enterprise CRM Systems (Global Data Center)

About the role

Eaton is seeking a Senior Engineer to serve as the global subject‑matter expert for Salesforce within its Global Data Center Segment. The role focuses on enabling consistent, scalable, and high‑quality use of Salesforce for post‑order services execution, commercial handoffs, and lifecycle visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the global Salesforce SME for the Data Center segment, with emphasis on services offers and post‑order execution.
• Partner with the Offer Manager – Services to ensure services offers are correctly structured and represented in Salesforce across regions.
• Translate service offer definitions, scope standards, and execution models into Salesforce objects, workflows, and data structures.
• Drive the digital Salesforce tools roadmap, including internal/external VOC collection, training, and enhancements.
• Collaborate with global IT teams to maintain a scalable and repeatable Salesforce environment.

Required profile

• Extensive experience implementing and managing enterprise‑level Salesforce solutions.
• Strong understanding of data‑center services, post‑order processes, and customer lifecycle management.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with global teams and regional stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on consistency, repeatability, and scalability.
