Senior Engineer - OT Cybersecurity

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Engineer to lead the implementation of OT Cybersecurity solutions within utility environments and master control centres. The role combines hands‑on deployment, configuration and integration of security technologies with infrastructure design, commissioning and thorough documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy, configure and integrate OT cybersecurity technologies across high‑ and low‑voltage substations.
• Design and commission infrastructure, preparing HLD/LLD, implementable drawings and engineering packs.
• Supervise panel and cabinet build, cabling, termination, labeling and testing activities.
• Support FAT/SAT and commissioning phases, providing structured evidence and acceptance documentation.
• Ensure compliance with HSE procedures, PTW systems, risk assessments and local utility safety standards.

Required profile

• 7–12 years of experience in cyber/OT infrastructure or electrical‑telecom execution.
• Proven background working in high‑ and low‑voltage substations and utility sites.
• Strong knowledge of HSE requirements, NEBOSH IGC or equivalent, and OSHAD expectations.
• Ability to coordinate with clients, OEMs and subcontractors while maintaining schedule discipline.
